Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and all orders within the United States qualify for free standard shipping!  Priority shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost and is still subject to USPS holiday schedule.  Faster shipping methods are available - contact us for rates and availability.  If shipping and handling times differ in any way, that information will be listed on the homepage.

PLEASE NOTE - You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your entered shipping information. Conntempo Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays or returns caused by inaccuracies or errors. Items returned to Conntempo Boutique due to address or other information errors not caused by us will be handled in one of two ways:

  • A refund will be issued for the sale price less original shipping costs
  • The item will be re-shipped at customer cost

Please note:  While we are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS, we will partner with you as needed to be sure you receive your items. All orders will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.  If tracking states that your order is in the custody of the USPS and/or delivered, you will need to contact the USPS directly as they require direct contact by you, the customer.  

Shipping outside of the USA:

A standard shipping fee will be added to your order at checkout.  Conntempo Boutique is not responsible for International Duties or Customs Charges.  We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged for them.  International customers are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your country/government.  If you have any questions on what these fees might be, we recommend that you contact your country's customs office directly.
